Does anyone know what the admissions rates look like for Ross if invited to interview?

Roughly what percentage do they invite to interview?

I read somewhere that 70% of people who interview are accepted or wait-listed. I believe it was on a Ross 2015 in-take thread, but I will go digging.

What percentage of interviewed applicants are accepted?

'A high percentage, maybe 70%. I don’t know off the top of my head. Well, we try to interview people who are going to be wait listed as well so we get those assessments in advance. Those in round one who get waitlisted may stack up higher against those applicants in round two. So it’s nice to have already completed the interview.'

Well, if you don't get an interview invite there is a cruel and depressing waiting game. You'll have to wait till December to know if you got waitlisted (without interview) or denied. Hopefully it's not going to come to that and we all will get invites next week (or so) :-D

Oh God, this is cruel indeed. And even worse is getting to know you are waitlisted (w/o interview) in December

the app was due on oct 7th last yr versus the 5th this yr so we might get it monday, or even today, but i highly doubt that.

So, do all the interview invites from Ross come on one day? Has this been an established trend from years past? Seems like a daunting task to narrow the field down in under two weeks!

I don't think the invites will go out without any prior announcement from Soojin. Last year, she announced the date (when the invites were to go out) three days in advance (https://michiganross.umich.edu/admissio ... etake-gmat). So don't have an anxious weekend refreshing your inbox :)

Got invited for an interview and waitlisted last year when applying to Ross. Hoping to convert this time. The invites should be sent out on the same day like last year. Hoping its soon!

I received the same email. It did not look like an automated email that schools typically send out to communicate to us. Not entirely sure what it means in terms of interviews, but we are still on the radar!
