Last year, Soojin Kwon, Ross's director of admissions, made a blog post a few days before they actually sent the invites out. I wonder if that's the medium to be refreshing rather than email? Here's a link to her blog.... https://michiganross.umich.edu/admissions-blog

Last year, even R2 invites were released 14 days after the deadline (Jan 5 - Application deadline, Jan 19 - Invite release date).
Fingers crossed.

Reading through some of the blog posts from last year (on Soojin's blog), they released R1 interview invites on 10/20 (2 weeks after R1 deadline) but only posted an update on the blog a day later (on 10/21) informing that all invites had been sent out.

Looks like I will go back to frantically refreshing my email and application status instead of just following the blog :-/

You missed this post, https://michiganross.umich.edu/admissio ... etake-gmat , which was a few days before the invites went out. In it, she talked about how they would be out 3 days after her posting.

Regardless, if they keep the same time table as last year, we should be seeing some responses this week. Good luck to everyone!

They even mentioned in the consulting webinar that the interview invites will be out in the week of October 26th. So only a few more days to go!

Not specifically but they do recommend that people come to the campus and attend the group discussions as well. Although they also go onto say that group discussions is not a mandatory requirement for interviews.

Quoting from Ross' admissions website:

"Although it is not required, we highly recommend that you take part in the Team Exercise. All applicants invited to interview will also be invited to participate in the exercise, which will be held on campus in Ann Arbor and in a small number of international locations. "
