Has anyone with a score in the range of 670-690 got an interview invite?

I am within that range. I was interviewed last week and was admitted this week.

I'm a domestic applicant though, in case you're wondering.

Hope that helps!

Congrats on the admit, aricebox

You can check your eligibility for express entry (skilled) at
https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/ ... /index.asp

Basically I think if you have several years of work experience & Bachelor degree with IELTS passed, you should be eligible. And after you apply, they will put you in a pool where you will be scored alongside other candidates, based on your experience, etc.

I think there's a 2016 express entry immigration report or something on the website, you can check it up.

However, I am not sure whether PR will significantly increase the chance of getting in.

Yes, @sherryoung is right. A PR won't put you in the canadian pool for admissions. You will still be counted as an Indian citizen. A canadian passport is a different thing though.

It can take anything from 6 - 9 months to get your permanent residency (assuming its approved). So no, unless your plan is to immigrate then wait to apply in Round 1 in 2018.

I have got a query. I am new on gmatclub. I have a B.Tech degree(non-iit) with 69.45%(7.31/10) in first division with a gmat score of 710. My university follows absolute gpa system rather than relative. When i checked the requirements, three conditions were written under Mid-B requirement. I fulfill the first one i.e. first class/division. Am i eligible for applying to Rotman?

Most of us are waiting to hear from them. Let's wait a little more. They are coming to India for an admission event, so I am assuming they will take the interviews during those days. :fingers_crossed: :fingers_crossed:

Hi all,

I just had an interview with Leigh Gauthier. It was pleasant and quite informal. The questions asked were:

- Why Rotman and Canada
- Walk me through your resume
- (ask about a specific point on my resume)
- Short term goal
- Have you ever wanted something so badly, you were unstoppable
- An example of networking
- If you teach a class, what it would be/ Teach me something in that class
- Is there anything that you wish I'd asked you

HI Everyone

Kindly help evaluate my profile
This is my first time applying for an MBA and I need all the help and guidance I can get

Background and Nationality- African, Nigerian

Age: 26

Undergrad Info: B.Sc Economics, Babcock university Nigeria, CGPA: 3;97

GMAT: I have passed all levels of CFA, hence I am planning on using the gmat Waiver-does this hurt my chances of admission and scholarship?

Work Experience - I currently work(for over 2years) at a BIG 4 as an auditor, I also have a 2years experience at a local big bank

Please help evaluate. I also need some coaching on what to except if I am called for an interview

Thanks
