I received an email stating that a decision has been made. It is not updated yet in the portal. Should I consider this as a ding? Will I get an email with interview invitation if my application moves forward? Any help is appreciated Posted from my mobile device

I had already selected this school before I took GMAT and I did not cancel my score. I got an email stating R3 deadline is approaching. I have a 600 (Q46 V27 IR6 AWA5.5). I see the least score in the table is 660. I have 3 questions. 1. Is it even worth trying? I am an Indian IT Male. 2. What is the application fee if I decide to try? 3.
