The advice you will normally get is to wait for R1 if you can. Your chance of admission will increase this way.
But if you strongly believe that you're an exceptionally strong candidate anyway, go ahead and apply.

an ex-adcom suggested that by now they must have only processed half the applications. interview invites will go upto mid-march so i’d utilise 17th March as the milestone. There are several consultants who have received invites on Fishbowl though. Not many entries on Clearadmit.

same here, any europeans? btw, am I the only one who received an automated e-mail about scholarship opportunities at gsb or did anyone else get it?

Yeah it was an automated e-mail containing information about scholarship opportunities (need-based financial aid, need-based fellowships, summer programmes etc.). Don't think it was about me tho as my status still says application under review. I was just curious about whether anyone else got it
