My understanding is that, unlike schools like Yale that clearly interview high numbers first, there is no obvious pattern to how Stanford interviews and it seems to be exclusively based on when your application is read. People with a range of scores get the notification towards the end of the window and still get in every year. Some people read into various groupings of when people receive to tell that they're probably reading similar apps together, but there's a range of factors from industry to geographic location so the pattern isn't ever obvious.
TLDR; you're not out until they stop sending invites.

I hope you are doing well. It's not necessarily a negative sign if you haven't received an interview invite by mid-October. Some schools send out interview invitations in waves, and they may continue to do so over a period of several weeks. So, it's possible that you could receive an invite later in the process.
Ultimately, the admissions process can be unpredictable, so it's challenging to make definitive assumptions. Stay patient and continue to put your best effort into your applications to increase your chances of success.

They said they do not review or send invites in any particular order and will send interviews through mid Nov.
