Hello everyone,

I just received an interview invite for R3. Does anyone have any idea of the post interview acceptance rate? I'm worried that the interview invite is not necessarily indicative of a strong chance of admission.

Best of luck to everyone!

Tepper is 60% according to the following(not sure how accurate it is, but most schools seem reasonable):

I'm not too sure about the accuracy. I notice that this puts Kenan-Flagler at 67%. Wouldn't that imply Kenan-Flagler's overall acceptance rate itself is 67% (since every applicant is interviewed)? It's surely too high :?

The data probably covers the time period where KF ran invite only interviews.

So it looks like tepper doesn't make calls. We all will just have to hit refresh on the app portal on Wednesday

Unfortunately, no calls.

My decision was available on the online portal around 4-5 pm. I received an email about an hour later.

They sent an email with the decision, should be easy to get that in a timely manner

Most likely not. You'll probably find out around 4:00 pm EST tomorrow.

Can anyone comment on what to expect the subject of an acceptance email to say? Normally I am afraid of the the “you have a status change” emails, since those are generally rejections.

"Your Carnegie Melon Decision is available" is the subject :P
Then they have a video for the accepted students. So if your mail says something about the video, you should feel good :)
