My application status show Awaiting in front of IELTS score, While I sent my official score before submitting my application. I sent email them 2 weeks ago and they told me wait until we process applications and if we need something new we will ask you. What should I do now? Should I send them reminder?

I received an email today that my application is now complete. I uploaded my missing documents 2 weeks back so I think they have now started looking at the updates and proceeding with the review.
