Invited for an interview today. Submitted app on 10/3. Based in Mumbai, India.

Hi I submitted my application on Sep 17 and my interviewer submitted the last recommendation the recommendation on Sep 29 I started to feel nervous about this I didn’t hear from them I read that they only take 3 weeks to get back to applicants Did anyone here face a similar situation? I can definitely understand why you feel nervous. The reality, however, is that the timeline differs for everyone and there are a ton of different variables at play. My timeline was a lot longer than three weeks, so I wouldn't give up hope just because it's taking longer than what you've heard from others. Stay positive and focus on what you can control.
