Is it possible to apply without English proficiency test scores?? I see that there is an option to take an exam to prove English proficiency after you get admitted

I am not sure about that. But a current student suggested me to take it regardless.

I am not in a position to take TOEFEL OR IELTS before the deadline on Oct 6th. So wondering if its a mandatory requirement or there is a way around it

As a workaround you can ask the Adcom regarding this. if they refuse ask them whether it is okay that you submit rest of the application and later give them a TOEFL score. A friend applying for Cornell had done this last year. You can give it a try.

Thanks!

I would not, unless the internship was directly related to your career (i.e. it converted into a full-time) and you had a distinct impact, or if the application specifically says to include it.
For those people who are potentially interested in attending UCLA Anderson please see our website for our upcoming Embracing Diversity weekend. I can assure you that getting to experience a school first-hand adds depth to both essays and overall applications. We hope to see you there. Best of luck in the application process.
Did anyone check with the Adcom regarding the TOEFL requirements. I realised today that Anderson is the only one out of all my schools that require TOEFL score irrespective of your undergraduate institution.

Yes, you have to. And apparently one of my friends didn't get an invite even when he had a 760 just because he had 104 TOEFL score. He got that note in his feedback detail. PS: Make sure you get Speaking >=26 on TOEFL, specifically for Anderson.
