Yes and yes. The portal had a separate red alert for fellowship.

I just talked to my interviewer and she said that generally we will get fellowship info a week after the decision.
But some people have already got that info so dont know what to think now.

I'm guessing for us waitlisted ppl would have to wait till the next decision deadline.. dang..
Does anyone know how many ppl will get accepted from the WL?

I do not know the full number of people who got in off the wait list last year, but it seems like it was quite a few. I even know of a few classmates who were accepted off of the wait list as late as July last year - less than a month before the start of classes.
