I am in, California applicant here. Got the call an hour ago from my interviewer, an ad com member. I was surprised to receive the call on a Saturday, 10 AM (Pacific time). Ad com member said they will be making calls all weekend and scholarship info/official admit email will be sent out on Monday.

For all waitlisted applicants..... I got info for you.... From last year's thread and through a current student I got to know that, we will be notified my mail on the results day and no calls will be made unlike the case with regular applicants. So keep your fingers crossed and wait for another 36 hours :-)... Who knows they might change their policies.. So check your phone regularly :-P

I'm in I'm in! Got a mail from John Hughes who interviewed me. Apparently he tried my number many times, but couldn't reach me. Wow... this is a wonderful week. After a sucky R1, I have 2 in 2 in R2! :D

EDIT: For the sake of clarity, I'm an Indian candidate who applied in R3.
