I did not submit my application yet because I got a 650 last week on the Online GMAT so I will be taking it next week in a Test Center and will send the application (I do not think with a 650 I would have any chance now). My alumni friends have been encouraging me to apply now so if the policy has changed I'm sure they do now know about it.
Anyway, I have emailed Darden for clarification.

Thank you. I did get a copy of the email from AmitPandey250 . It seems legit and not a hoax. To be exact the email said: "At this time, we are not reviewing candidates from the international WL."
This is actually an email and not a conversation.
