If last year is anything to go by they will call on the decision day. Last year first call reported on 15th Dec (decision date) at 8:50am by an East Coast applicant.

At TBD, the adcom officer told us that on the decision day they will call every admitted applicant, and only after finishing the calls, they will hit the update button for the website. ( i.e. no call, no admission)
Admitted will then be able to see the admission letter with financial aids.
