Do we need write 200 words for Language Skills Assessment even if we are not submitting TOEFL?

Additional Language Information Standardized test scores are not the only indicator of language skills, therefore, if you have submitted an English language test score, please use this section to describe how, when and where you are using English in your day-to-day life.
