It depends on exactly what the relationship is, but you could say something like "I informally supervise 2 analysts" or "Two analysts report to both me and the Senior Manager in my team" or whatever. Then you could expand on the kind of oversight you have. "I assign them daily tasks, have weekly meetings to assess their progress and troubleshoot, and contribute to their annual review."
Does that help?
That will help.
I tried writing in this way.
I supervise a total of 15 people directly and indirectly.
3 Senior Executives directly report to me and each senior executive supervises 4 executives.
Me----> 3 Senior Executive----> 12 Executives.
And then I can add what you just said. 😀
