I directly manage about 13 people. 5 directly on a daily basis and 8 indirectly on task basis. You can explain it in the way they report to you.

That will help. I tried writing in this way. I supervise a total of 15 people directly and indirectly. 3 Senior Executives directly report to me and each senior executive supervises 4 executives. Me----> 3 Senior Executive----> 12 Executives. And then I can add what you just said. 😀

Chances in round 2 are less only if the seats are filled up in round 1. Otherwise chances aren’t that low. Depends on your profile and score 720 is below average for Wharton so it’s going to be hard. However, if you can differentiate yourself from others, it can still happen.
