Quick question - do you guys know by when applicants should complete their 3 video interview questions. The application form mentions that one can answer those questions after submitting the application and paying the fees, and that the link for the video questions would be available from 1 Aug onwards. Does that mean I can answer these questions even after the 18 Sep round 1 deadline?
How did the online session go? I was unable to make it.

The session covered 'Why Yale?', curriculum and various programs, school's mission and its integration with Yale University. Bruce specifically asked attendees to ask questions related to admissions and the application during the application tips presentation on the 27th: https://som.yale.edu/online-event-application-tips-chat
any hints on what the video essays are like? anybody gone through them?

Try digging through last year's thread. There's a lot of good info buried in it.
Make sure you're dressed nicely and that you don't have objectionable things in the background when you do the video portion. Practice a lot (specifically behavioral interview questions) in front of someone or a mirror before you do the video essays.
Has anyone noticed a problem with the application when you preview your application at the end? When I view it in pdf, my "What has motivated your decision to pursue an MBA at this point in time" essay does not show up, but it is in the application when I click on that particular portion. I called admissions and I'm waiting for them to get back to me, just wondering if anyone else is having the same issue.

Same issue here. Additionally, I could not find my IR score mentioned in the pdf.
