They don't have a set end date for when interviews invites stop so I don't think we should lose hope yet. I am hoping there will be a few more rounds of invites sent out.

Don't loose hope! For R1, applicants reported receiving interview invites as early, within 10 days from R1 Sept. deadline , it was slow in between and then some more around mid-October, approximately four to six weeks after the application deadline. The timing of interview invites can vary for each candidate, let's hope for the best. Good luck everyone : )

Interview was nice and simple: the questions have been shared millions of times. It's very conversational. I suggest just being authentic, as it seemed to flow well for me.

One of my (Indian) candidates received the R2 interview invite today a few hours ago.

They typically roll it out in phases, so hang in there and keep preparing for the interviews while you await an update from them.
