Had my interview this morning with a 2nd year student. The interview went very well in my opinion, it was conversational and lasted 58 mins. Time slot was for 30 mins. Questions she asked: - why an MBA now and why Kelley? - what would I bring to my peers at Kelley? - what are the qualities that make up a good team? - what accomplishment am I most proud of? - how did I deal with conflict at work and what examples can i provide? - whats one criticism I faced and how did I deal with it? - anything you'd like to share with the adcom that they should know about? - any questions for me (the interviewer)?
