Hello, just wondering. What has been your experience with the interview portal? Are you able to blurr background like in zoom etc? Can someone please share their experience?

Is anyone attending Kenan-Flagler leadership week?

the interview portal splits into two same sized screens, one show you and the order shows the interviewer, i didnt try to do that actually so i really dont know, i dont also think the video call app has that feature, it has limited features, so i didnt notice any blurr background feature

My interview got over last week Ms. Virginia Gilbert ( https://www.linkedin.com/in/virginia-he ... t-3a09843/ ) from the Admissions committee was my interviewer. She is a Darden alum from the Class of 1997. She seemed convinced with most of my answers and even elaborated on some points as to how I can use the KF resources to get into consulting! It lasted for about 25 minutes. Most questions revolved around the following: 1. My choice of UG major 2. Why second MBA (I already have a PGDM from an Indian B-school) 3. A situation where I had a conflict with a team member 4. My leadership style 5. Why Kenan Flagler 6. Best part about my job She did not ask me about my goals but mentioned that she had read my essays and knew that I wanted to do consulting. But true to what all current students and alumni told me, it was indeed very conversational.
