Dear Ehsan,
Thank you for your query. First of all, let me tell you that score improvement that you are seeking is very much achievable. Many people have done it in the past. Here are links to stories of couple of such achievers.

Though there are other possible ways to reach 650+, balance in both the scores is always ideal. Considering your current score, you need to improve a lot in both the sections. You would need to put around 140-160 hours of dedicated efforts. You have 50 days with you. That should be sufficient. Have a look at recording of Rajat Sadana’s webinar on
defining GMAT Strategy.
Strong foundationSecondly, you need to use good learning material. Let me tell you very frankly, your current score suggests that you may have some conceptual gaps in understanding of both the sections. To score well on GMAT, you need to strengthen your fundamentals in both the sections. GMAT is a test of logic. If you have strong foundation and follow an appropriate methodology for various topics, you shouldn’t find it difficult to score 650+.
I would recommend you to use one good learning resource to prepare yourself for the GMAT. Resource should be good in teaching you basic concepts as well as applications of these concepts on various GMAT level questions. You may look at
e-GMAT’s
GMAT Online course. Take a look at
free trial first and then decide for yourself.
Please note,
OG is not a learning resource. It does not help much in learning concepts but can be used to understand the type of questions that are asked on the GMAT.
Work on weak areasThirdly, you need to know your weak areas in both the sections and put some extra efforts in those areas. A tool like
e-GMAT scholaranium can help you to isolate your weak sections or sub-sections, so that you can focus more on relevant topics.
Bottom-line – You can definitely achieve 650+ in 50 days. Just define your strategy, select appropriate course for you and identify and work on your weak areas. And of course, put in 100% efforts for the next 50 days.
