Thanks EMPOWERgmatRichC and AjiteshArun.

Suppose I select 5 colleges and decide to accept my score, then my score will automatically be sent to those 5 colleges.
Later on do I have the facility to cancel the score and give GMAT test again and send the new score to those colleges?
If yes, will the colleges get only the new score or they will have both the scores? Will that affect my application?

Hi shobhitkh,

Your scores are not sent immediately. You have a 72-hour window after your exam during which you can cancel your score (for free immediately after your exam at the test center or for a fee on mba.com). If you don't take any such action, your score will become "official" and the (up to) 5 programs that you chose on the day of the test will be given access to your score.

On the other hand, if you choose to cancel your score within that 72-hour window, score reporting for that attempt will be put on hold. If you ever decide to reinstate that score, those 5 programs will receive access to that attempt.

Take a look at this post. It may answer some of your questions.

Hi shobhitkh,

If you keep your score, then it will automatically be sent to the 5 schools you selected at the beginning of your exam. If you would like to cancel your score after leaving the test center, you have 72 hours to do so.

You can learn more about submitting/canceling your scores here: https://www.mba.com/frequently-asked-qu ... re-reports

Good luck!
