Classic Ellipsis
I know it can be a little confusing.
The first two sentences are definitely the ones correct
First has ellipsis and second one doesn't but has one word more so with concision, I believe that 1 would be preferred over 2.

If you get confused on one parameter adopt another

The IMPACTS strategy by Veritas is a successful dynamic strategy to remember.

Hello Businessconquerer are you sure about the 1st one ? 1. Ramesh has more money than Suresh ---> so Ramesh has more money than Suresh? I think this is incorrect, it is like saying that ramesh has more money than he has Sureshes , Ramesh has more money than Suresh does sounds better and more accurate with no room for ambiguity ,however I do not know about option 3 let's hope that an expert will contribute with his knowledge.
2 does sound good.
And is less ambiguous, I picked one because of ellipsis.
But ellipsis is a tricky thing. As I recall, if you pick a non-ellipsis version, the answer is usually correct.
