You've done some nice work in some areas of quant and in SC. Now, you have to keep going, by continuing to improve in those areas and also strengthening the areas that you haven't made as much progress in.
In verbal, you can see that your work on SC has paid off. To increase your verbal score enough to get to your goal, you now have to achieve similar results in CR and RC by putting in similar amounts of work, which should include learning key strategies for the various CR and RC question types, learning how to analyze the choices, and doing topic-focused practice.

How to Score High on GMAT VerbalRegarding quant, your ESR indicates that you have to work on DS in general. Probably, you can increase your quant score a few points just by getting better at DS.
Also, there are some specific areas of quant that you have to strengthen, such as Geometry and, likely, Number Properties, among others. So, your move in quant is to just keep working on one area at a time to continue to drive your quant score higher.
To get a clear sense the types of section scores you have to get to achieve a 720+ section score, you could see this
GMAT score chart. Probably, you should shoot for at least 48 in quant - 49+ would be ideal - and get the rest of the way to 720+ by increasing your verbal score.
