N can be 2, 4, 10, 16, 18 and 20 too (since 0^2=0). And thus, (E) can be the only possible answer.

Be careful! If we plug n=2 into the original equation, we get \(\frac{2}{20-2}=\frac{2}{18}=\frac{1}{9}\).

Is that a square of an integer?

Since n/(20 - n) is the square of an integer, the value of n/(20 - n) should be positive.
The value of n/(20 - n) will be positive for 0 <= x < 20.
When n is 0, 10, 16, 18, the value n/(20 - n) will be perfect squares, which are 0, 1, 2, and 3, respectively.

Thus, the correct option is D.
