Hi,
Hi septwibowo, You have some good schools on this list. I would add Fuqua https://centers.fuqua.duke.edu/case/ because of the Center for the Advancement of Social Enterprise and also Booth's Social Enterprise Initiative: https://research.chicagobooth.edu/sei/
UNC Kenan-Flagler's Center for Sustainable Enterprise https://www.kenan-flagler.unc.edu/sustainable-enterprise
Kellogg lays out a social impact pathway where you can see how you can grow in this area: https://www.kellogg.northwestern.edu/pro ... thway.aspx
I agree with the idea you should apply to a mix of schools in your stretch, target and safety zones. Hopefully these schools will help as you look to create a school list. If you want to learn more how Stratus can help you select a great mix of schools for you, go to this link to learn more: https://stratusadmissionscounseling.com/ ... b-visitor/I am planning to pursue Full-Time MBA Degree in 2018 - thus this September will be time for applying for my dream schools.
Does anyone know which Business School that have a strong emphasis on
Social Impact / Social Entrepreneurship? My career goals are to work in a non-profit company and to establish social entrepreneurship which focused on increasing access to someone's education level.
I have been researching for a couple of months, and I can mention several schools :
- Said Oxford (with Skoll Foundation)
- Michigan Ross (Ross has a bold statement in their website about social impact)
- Yale SOM
- Berkeley Haas
Some additional name of school will be important for me to expand my school choices.
Harvard and Stanford definitely are on the list, but I know my capability so I can take these schools out of my list.
Thanks and will appreciate all of your kind suggestions.
