I would like to start off by saying that you have an impressive profile! Hard work definitely shines through every phase of your journey so far.
Starting off with your academics, you have a very strong academic background. Having a GPA of 4.0 definitely showcases your academic prowess which further gets authenticated by the outstanding academic achievement award that you have received twice in a row. Moreover, pursuing your undergrad from the University of Manchester bolsters your profile by adding valuable international experience to your endeavors.
Now coming on to your work experience, you have a diverse portfolio. Being an intern at Google and taking on various ventures as a teaching assistant, consultant and analyst provide you with a cross-functional and varied skill set, something that would be definitely appreciated by the admissions committee. Here, talking about the roles and responsibilities you undertook, the projects you led, and the impact you created during this stint would allow you to showcase your strengths and major learning takeaways.
You have a fair share of extracurricular activities in your profile as well. Not only do you have a plethora of activities like heading a pro bono marketing agency, marketing head at college etc that highlight your strong leadership, communication, and marketing skills, but you also have partaken in a lot of CSR and volunteering activities as well which display your empathy and capacity to utilize your skills to make a difference in the world.

Given your school choices, all the schools fall under the ultra dream category which means that they have an acceptance rate of 8-15% and you stand around a 30-40% chance of getting into the program.
All in all, you have a very holistically developed and decent profile but due to the stringent acceptance rate, it is imperative that you compliment your decent profile with an equally strong application. Applications hold around 30% weightage in the decision-making process. A strong application would not only allow the admission committee to peer into your personality and strength of your candidature but would also allow you the chance to highlight your strengths while smoothing over any flaws in your application.

You have a pretty impressive profile.
Academically, you have a strong GPA and undergraduate brand which along with your research paper, showcases your academic prowess. Adding on, you have an outstanding GRE score which further supplements your claims of your academic performance. Furthermore, your multiple academic certifications highlight your proactiveness to learn and grow further. And your multiple projects further accentuate your academic credentials by showcasing your ability to apply your learnings practically and create impacts. Properly showcasing this would help you put forth a differentiating application.
Talking about your extracurriculars, you have a lot of leadership and founding roles in your experiences out of which, your roles as the founder of clubs and as the Placement cell coordinator are especially great value additions and showcase your leadership, team management and ability to create impacts. Highlighting the accolades and impacts you created here and how this has influenced your life would help authenticate your capabilities. Since, Adcoms are more interested in impacts created rather than participation, highlighting the quantifiable achievements in these activities would help enhance your application.
Talking about international experience, you have not mentioned any direct international experience. Since, international experiences show Adcoms applicants broadened perspectives and ability to adapt, you can overshadow this by talking about your endeavours of interacting and managing diverse groups of people.
Coming to your community service initiatives, your work with the UN is particularly outshining other endeavours. These experiences showcase your ability to take up initiatives, impact others, and empathize with other people. B-schools are looking for applicants that are future leaders and such qualities most certainly vouch for your abilities and strengthen your application.
Talking about your internship experience, you have an extensive amount of experience coupled with big 4 brand names and a great Indian Brand ( TechMahindra) on your CV which set you at par with your competition. Furthermore, you have significant experience in leading and managing teams and have created quantifiable impacts which showcase your proactiveness and ability to take initiatives. Properly highlight why you chose these firms, how you have gone beyond the role, the initiatives you took, and the kind of impact created to establish a connection with your goals and portray the knowledge gained from these experiences. This would allow you to differentiate yourself from candidates with as extensive work experience hailing exclusively from the big 4 brands.
Apart from these you have a few entrepreneurial initiatives too such as your co-founding of the community, which definitely bolster your profile further as they showcase your drive to be a changemaker. Since any entrepreneurial endeavour is accompanied by a lot of allied activities, thus, you should dig deeper into this aspect and bring out varied skills in your profile that will be perceived as a great value addition to the school.
All said and done, while you have an impressive profile and can definitely target the HBS 2+2 program. However HBS is a dream school, hence your chances of acceptance at the program would be 40-50%. Since dream schools have very stringent acceptance rates and will have thousands of applicants to their program with similarly great profiles,you need to channel your efforts towards building a differentiating application. You would need to highlight your profile USP’s and how you can be a great addition to the school whilst posing the right examples to legitimize your claim. Additionally, you need to ensure that your LORs and Resume, equally depict the strengths of your profile since your application( SOP, ESSAY, LOR & RESUME ) will hold a 30% value in the selection procedure.
