Hi, I am a little confused with this.

I gave GRE 2 years ago and scored 325 (Q 170, V 155) Quant percentile >90, verbal <80
I gave GMAT a few days ago and scored 730 (Q49, V40) Verbal percentile>90, Quant <80

Now I am not sure which score I should pick to apply, please help me out.
The schools I want to apply to are :
Harvard
INSEAD
YALE
Kellogg
Haas

I would go with the GMAT, the GRE converts to a lower score than your 730 on the GMAT. Also, the GMAT still remains the standard in MBA admissions even though schools will accept the GRE, it's never a bad idea to submit a strong GMAT score. Also, for the sake of admissions if you are going with a feeder industry like consulting or IB, again another easier currency to work with for them.

Your GRE translates into 710-720 in the GMAT, so your 730 in the GMAT is probably better.
Moreover, Haas prefers the GMAT (they clearly say on their website: "All candidates are required to take the GMAT (preferred) or GRE exam prior to the deadline for which they are applying."), and INSEAD only allow candidates from countries where GMAT is not offered to apply with GRE score.
By the way, I just read an interesting article claiming MBA applicants to Harvard Business School are getting into the school with GRE scores that are the equivalent of 20 points below the median GMAT results for successful candidates: https://poetsandquants.com/2017/09/01/l ... ed-by-hbs/
