(1) a^(-3) > 0.01
(2) a^2 has a units digit of 6.

Stat 1: 1/a^(3) > 0.01 for a 1 to 6...We get 1/a^(3) > 0.01...not exact value....Insufficient.
Stat 2: only 4 and 6 have 6 as units digits...two values insufficient.
Both : We still have two values...Insufficient.
IMO option E..

IMO C, cos from stat2 it can be 4 or 6. And combining it with stat2, we get 4
