Hi,
I am an Indian IT Male with a 3 year work experience.
My post MBA goal is work as a business analyst and long term goal is to work as a business consultant.
I am in a dilemma that between Imperial Business school and Alliance Manchester business school which is a better college for FT MBA?

I like the curriculum of Alliance which is a mix of practical and theoretical knowledge specially the 3 consultancy projects. I am interested in the 18 month program.

Whereas Imperial is a brand which I heard is preferred by employers....so please help me with this...

Well, this is a typical conundrum all MBA candidates find themselves in. Rankings V/s Fit. And my recommendation to you is that if you like the curriculum of Manchester better you should go for that. Go for a school that will help you fulfil your post MBA goal rather than merely ranking.
I hope you've read the recent development of the Post Study Work Visa in the UK - https://bit.ly/2kFqIlX. The UK govt has reinstated the 2 year work visa so that's a plus for you.
Further, I believe you're in the process of applying to these schools. If so, it will be better if you apply to both schools and decide once you have both offer letters.
You can also look into which industry you'd like to work in and which business school is better for that. As a business analyst or a consultant can be in any industry. Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot.
Well I like the curriculum but in the end it's about getting a job from that curriculum. I don't know the actual realities about both post MBA jobs.

I am a little skeptical about which is a better colleges as in getting a job is concerned.
Plus I am eyeing a change of role and in a long term change of industry.

Hi Deep, everything you said.
But seems that this year's intake wont be able to take advantage of the new policy
"he new Graduate route will launch for the 2020/21 intake of students to university"
??

I am applying for 2020 intake hence my question was related to that intake only.
