I have already received the interview invite. Does it mean my other qualifications passed? i.e. GMAT, GPA, essays, etc..?

What happens if your interviewer is super busy and doesn't give you time until 20th April?
Also anyone has any tips for the interview process?
Is it true that one interviewer will be a bad cop and the other one good cop?

You can let your AO know about it, and they can assign you another interviewer, if available.

No. But, In most cases you get an experience interviewer from your field/background and another one usually from a recent batch.

Hope it helps. Goodluck :)

Just finished up both interviews. Neither interviewer had a similar background to me (different countries, different industries, different functions), but I thought this made the discussions even more interesting. Both were very straightforward and took place in cafes after work. No clear good cop or bad cop as I had frequently seen out on this forum.

Why MBA?
Why INSEAD?
Why now?
What does your company do? What specifically do you do?
How do you like [Country where I interviewed]? How does it compare with [Country where I live & work]? How do both compare with [my home country]?
How did you choose to learn [Foreign Language 1,2&3]? (Had some brief discussions in Language 2)
What inspires you?
Any questions for me?

Both interviewers were done asking questions within about 15min. From there I then enjoyed getting their insights and perspectives on the program. With the first interviewer, we discussed one of his upcoming business ventures and overall struggles with doing business in [country where I interviewed]. With the second interviewer, we ended up having quite some interesting discussions on global trends within his industry and mine, predictions, conspiracies on oil-prices...etc. Both times, before I knew it, the one hour was up.

Best of luck to you guys who are waiting to hear back or have interviews coming up. Feel free to ping me if you have any questions.

Hi guys,
Question : Will you send your essays to your interviewers before seeing them ?
INSEAD doesn't seem to recommend it but I heard that nevertheless most applicants end up sending their essays before the interview.
Any thoughts ?

Cheers

The email that I received from AO advising me to schedule interviews said that including the essays was "not required", but I don't remember seeing anything about discouraging sending them. Where did you see this?

Indeed that's what I meant: AOs say that the essays are "not required", but all the alumnis I talked to said that their applicant sent across their essays.
