I don't think so....the extension in round 1 is purely cos of a preponement of submission deadline this year. That's just my thoughts. Pls call or mail ISB for confirmation though.

Hi guys, For R2, is there any possibility of Date extension for submitting GMAT score, as ISB did for R1.

guys, just wanted to know if for the first round interview invites, were all the invites for a city rolled out in a single day?
If you meant invites for applicants who submitted their final GMAT scores by Sep 15, while interview invites were not rolled out on a single day, they were rolled out in a contiguous 3-4 day period for each city. At that time, ISB had also announced specific dates for interviews in each city, which was followed.
For invites for interviews rolling out now, though, that pattern is not seen so far, nor have any city-wise dates specifically been announced.
Couple of questions on the LoR: 1. Can we change the evaluator? i.e. say i have noted details of an evaluator on the portal and for some reason i have to change my evaluator, is that possible? 2. Can anyone post the LoR questions for 2019 intake?
I work as an Assistant Engineer (Civil) for a State owned/Government organization. We do not have a full fledged HR department.
A post of Superintending Engineer (HRD & Training), generally held by an electrical engineer from T&C wing, exists but the concerned is not responsible for recruitment, keeping data of employees or keeping any record of performance of the employees. His role is just to conduct regular trainings for the staff.
Our performance is monitored by senior engineers of our wing (Civil Wing).
Please suggest whose name should I put in HR Manager's details in this scenario.

Did anyone here attend today's webinar of ISB (Strategies to improve your application for Round 2)?
If yes; did they talk anything about Round 3? Why did they have a new round/ what are the disadvantages if any if applied in R3?
haha, going by the traffic on this thread, I think Major chuck of applicants will shift their plans to R3 from R2! Going by the heresay trend that R2 requires higher Gmat score, most of the applicants will want to try again for a higher score !

R2 Applicants !! Where are you all ?
The discussions seem to have died out after R1. How are the applications going for R2 ?
I have a small query. During my schooling, I switched schools after my 11th. But, as the new school was pretty new and did not have a 12th std batch at that time, I ended up repeating 11th std. Does this count as a gap in education? (ISB asks this in its application)
I recently got to know ISB has launched a new R3 this year. I discussed this with few alums. One of the alum suggested this a scary thing for any school. As per him this shows that the school has not been able to generate the kind of interest it expected and to lure more candidates it is launching a new round.
He was also of the opinion that this will have no major impact on the quality of students as serious top 1200 candidates would have anyway applied.
Most of the US schools have seen a huge dip in interest and schools in all the other geographies have been benefited with an increase in % of applicants. I was quite surprised after seeing this new development as it questions the demand for the school. Would love to know the opinion of the people on this thread.
