Hi Shrey, in my opinion, the discussion about any profile, in the absence of GMAT, is largely meaningless.
Your profile, with an accompanying GMAT score of 650 will look pretty average, while the same profile with a GMAT score of 750 will look out of ordinary.
Hence, would suggest that you completely focus on GMAT for the next few months. With a GMAT score in hand, a more substantive and wholesome discussion about your profile is possible.

Considering that your academics seem to be quite average, would suggest a 720+ on GMAT Tanvi.

Overall your profile seems to be falling under GEM ( generic engineering male) ; work on getting an above avg score in the gmat or else get more exposure in terms of work experience as it would help in your reasons of why MBA and why now..
