The completion of your undergrad in 5 years as well as the lack of any extra-curricular activities and achievements will raise questions that will need to be addressed.
However, if you have your eyes set on ISB, you need to make the most of what you have on your profile; focus on finding achievements that may not be overt or direct; articulate a set of career goals that strongly sync with your experience; and, check if there is any possibility of improving your GMAT score. Your current score hovers around the average; however, if you want to compensate for the other (weaker) aspects of your profile (at least to some extent), you will need to register a spike in other components of the application.
