Manager: Our new computer network, the purpose of which is to increase productivity, can be installed during the day, which would disrupt our employees’ work, or else at night, which would entail much higher installation charges. Since saving money is important, we should have the network installed during the day.

Not a standard but quick method to solve the question.
Conclusion talks about money but Premise doesn't, so assumption must talk about money to bridge the gap between premise and conclusion. Hence, C, D & E out.
A doesn't compares money while installation in daytime whereas B mentioned the same.
Let's negate the statement of B, disproving the conclusion.
Imo. B.
