Not a standard but quick method to solve the question.
Conclusion talks about money but Premise doesn't, so assumption must talk about money to bridge the gap between premise and conclusion. Hence, C, D & E out.
A doesn't compares money while installation in daytime whereas B mentioned the same.
Let's negate the statement of B, disproving the conclusion.
