Congratulations on your two admits!
Marshall has improved last year in its rankings getting up to spot #25 in US News. Rotman of course is not ranked in the same system since it is in Canada but you can get an idea by comparing the average GMAT scores (in lieu of other common denominator). Rotman has an opportunity to rise even more next year as more international students are expected to flock to Canada due to the H1B uncertainty in the US.
Rotman average GMAT: 672, interesting enough, it has 49% international students
Marshall average GMAT: 679, somewhat average, 27% international students

https://gmatclub.com/reviews/business_s ... arshall-21- I would say that if you want an MBB position, Marshall is not going to get you there. Even Anderson grads are having a hard time, esp international applicants.
- You won't get warm weather in most BSchools in the US except Phoenix, Texas, or SoCal.
- You should not apply to Rotman in the first place if you are not willing to deal with weather and Canadian economy. You knew of these and still applied, so clearly these are not deal breakers
- You go to school in the country you want to live in and you just have to believe it will work out (sometimes it does not but that's the risk with everything)
- I do not see how LA is a huge advantage. What networking or companies are you thinking about? There are lots or small businesses in LA but not a ton of big business. Nestle is moving and so is Toyota.... I think Toronto would have a lot more since LA is technically a big village. It is a village that has very nice weather and an ocean nearby, but still a village.
Based on what I am hearing from recent grads and from you about your aspirations, the best chances for your career and for finding a job are at Rotman.
P.S. As to worldwide brand value, USC will have more recognition since there is a large undergrad population and Trojan diaspora but Marshall by itself is probably on par with Rotman.
PPS. I can't see your GMAT score on your profile but be prepared to have at least 700 and probably higer to qualify for an MBB interview.
