Hello,I am a non engineer, female aspiring for top 10 US universities.I just gave my GMAT and I scored 700. (Q48 V35) My IR score is very disappointing 3/8 . Is my IR score going to be a problem in admission. Can someone advice me if I should
retake the test or continue with my current score ? What are my chances with the current score ?

It is difficult for anyone to comment unless u post some more details of ur profile such as your work experience, motivation to do an MBA & of course what you would bring to the table if you are selected.
GMAT score is only one of the criteria & may or may not indicate your managerial capabilities.
I know a few candidates who scored in 600s but got through some top collages & a few who scored 700+ but still got rejected.
I don't want to sound biased but your gender will definitely give you a head start as majority of businesses as well as business schools are struggling to increase gender diversity.
Having a balanced profile will definitely boost your chances of at least getting interview call.
How is that for some motivation?

You got a 700 with Q48 V35? I got that same score on July 1 and got a 680...?

It is possible to obtain different scores as compared with other person with the same Q and V scores. I think it is because GMAT calculates your sub-sections such as algebra/arithmetic differently. I obtained a Q47 and V35 once and got 660, while I have seen those who obtained the same score but got 670 or 680 overall score.
