That’s probably because there was some promotional access added to your account or some other reason which causes it to glitch. Just messaged the support they should be able to solve it for you pretty quickly. I’m on my phone right now so I can’t easily pull it up.

Hi, Needed help in figuring out how much chance I have in getting into ISB with a gmat score of 685, 4 years of work experience as software developer at Bank of new york, 8.02 CGPA in electrical engineering from NIT Warangal.
Should I apply for round 1 with this gmat score or round 3 with better score than this?

No point working unnecessarily on GMAT score while your current score is above median.
