is "1833 founding" a form we are used to reading especially in ets phrase ?

I would choose D.

it is between "B" and "D". Both have all phrases - "at its founding", "in 1833" and " to accept " - placed properly and in correct sequence however, true, "its 1833 founding" seems okward in choice B.
