Female : Male = 3:5
Hence, if the total employees are 8x, 3x are women and 5x are male!
Average salary per female employee is 217000, Total paid to female employees is 8463000
Number of female employees is 8463000/217000 = 39
If 3x is 39, Number of male employees will be 5x or 65(Option D)
