On several Native American reservations, comparisons of buffalo herds versus domesticated cattle herds have shown that the buffalo herds are far superior meat producers. In addition, native tribes use every part of the buffalo as they did before wild buffalo were almost destroyed on this continent. Therefore, domesticated cattle herds should be replaced with buffalo herds as soon as possible.

Each of the following, if true, would weaken the argument EXCEPT:

(A) Only Native American tribes use part of the buffalo other than the meat.
(B) Not everyone likes the taste of buffalo as much as they like the taste of regular beef.
(C) Cattle ranchers may not know how to raise buffalo.
(D) Professional chefs need time to develop meals that include buffalo.
(E) Cattle ranches may not have the type of grazing land required for buffalo.

Why not 'E' ?

Conclusion - Domesticated cattle herds should be replaced with buffalo herds as soon as possible ( general statement)

Premise - buffalo herds are far superior meat producers. In addition, native tribes use every part of the buffalo as they did before wild buffalo were almost destroyed on this continent

question stem - all would weaken except

B- not everyone likes the taste of buffalo , so shifting to buffalo isn't a correct choice - weakens
C- if cattle ranchers do not know how to raise a buffalo , it weakens , suggesting buffalo shouldn't be replaced
D- Chefs need time to develop meals that include buffalo - weakens saying that buffalo should not be used
E- ranch may not have grazing land required for buffalo - similar to C - weakens

left with A

A seems correct . A is already present in the premise . So it doesn't weaken the conclusion .
kudos if this helps
