My answer is (B). It took me 44 seconds.

(A) Should use "so low that..." instead of "low enough that..."

(C) Not a sentence. No main verb for presumptive subject "the beverage manufacturer".

(D) (E) See above.

Partly because of the falling exchange rate, which impacted overseas revenue, and partly because of some questionable business decisions on the part of its senior management, the beverage manufacturer has seen its sales fall low enough that it is contemplating shutting down two of its bottling plants.

A) the beverage manufacturer has seen its sales fall low enough that Incorrect

B) the beverage manufacturer has seen its sales fall so low that Incorrect

C) the beverage manufacturer that has seen its sales fall so low that Incorrect

D) the beverage manufacturer, seeing its sales fall low enough, that Incorrect

E) the beverage manufacturer, with its sales falling so low that Incorrect

In C, D & E the beverage manufacturer is sentence fragment, so Eliminate

In A enough that is wrong idioms,

A)Low enough that is not idiomatic; Correct idiom is so Low that.

B) Correct choice

C) No main verb

D) No Main verb

E) No main verb + "With" wrongly used
