Hi bleung
Your GPA is good and coming from a good university is a plus. However you GMAT is slightly on the lower side. For the schools that you have mentioned, you will certainly need a 700 or 710+.
You work experience looks good but you need to give me some more information on the kind of work that you have done and achievements if any. Were you promoted during these five years? Did you lead a team of peers? You must write about these in your essays and sell them well because adcoms look for candidates who are high achievers exhibiting qualities of leadership.
You have mentioned the extra curricular activities in your college. You need to discuss the kind of role you played in the debate teams and your achievements as the VP of the fencing club. Did you win any awards in the debates? It would be great if you could supplement there with any ECs during the last five years of your work. Were you involved with in any ECs during your job? If yes, do talk about them in you essays and focus on your achievements rather than mere participation.
Shifting from consulting for healthcare industries to healthcare post MBA is a good reason to pursue MBA, but you need to tell a very convincing story in your essays as to why you want to do this. What life experiences are responsible for this change?
The Round 1 deadlines for your target schools are in september or october. I would suggest that you start working on your applications. If not, my suggestion would be to improve you gmat and apply again later either for early decision (Columbia) or round 2 of application cycle. With an improved GMAT, your chances would improve significantly.
All the best
