My name is Shimri Winters, I head the strategy team here at ARINGO
I am a London Business School graduate and used to interview candidates for the school for 7 years.
I am missing so many details to give you a proper profile review…
From what I can see:
- Academics – GPA seems ok, but not top 10%/15%. Am I wrong? Any merits or awards?
- Work Experience – you mentioned you worked for two years between 2016-2018. This is great! what have you been doing since?
MBA programs don’t like unemployment and big career gaps, sorry but this needs explaining further
- Extracurricular activities – anything on this front?
- GMAT and school wish list – 660 is a bit below what the top schools will be looking for… any plans on retaking this exam?
All in all,
Based on what you have written, your chances at INSEAD, NUS, or NTU seem low as your work experience and average GMAT score are both below the schools’ averages and what they are looking for, and they are very competitive and tough to get into.
Regarding any other school in Singapore (SPJ, Strathclyde, or ESSEC), with explaining the above and good apps, perhaps!!!
