Solid profile great test score good brand names, however you are over-represented as a white male Banker. So it's vitally important that you really achieve That Special Sauce Factor really think about how your background and upbringing would add a new perspective in the classroom... you're going to be competing with people that have some rich experience in this way and also in nonprofit leadership positions. Also that have international work experience. So you're going to need to look pretty interesting. Focus on leadership but I'd also like to see you work on stories around teamwork. If you look around and think about your peers where do you stand out? opportunity for that crowd is someone who is maybe good at soft skills, cultivating others, teamwork skills...hobbies/ well-rounded. Wondering if you went to Michigan because your screen name is go blue, I mean I'm not a detective or anything but you know :-)
