Your profile brings in good differentiation with good brand names and decent extra-curriculars. Here's where you should focus:
1. Aim for a 680+ so that your profile remains competitive.
2. The area of your work is extremely exciting and can lead to some interesting interview conversations. While technology innovation is great, you must also highlight leadership achievements in your essays. This is extremely important, especially for folks such as you who have worked in R&D and Design.
3. Think about your short-term and long-term goals. Are you looking to move industries? If not, what would be your target role post MBA?
Lastly, you should also look at the IIM A/B/C one year executive programs, you will be a good fit for them.

Hi,
I feel with 6.5 years of work experience which includes a startup as well as a role at an MNC, you could carve out a really strong application. The score should put you in range for an interview however the litmus test would be clarity of goals and ability to weave a seamless story. My advice would be to use the time to show your transferable skills (mainly through your resume) and clarity of goals. In my experience, ISB is very open to interviewing candidates across a broad GMAT spectrum. Dont miss the R1.
