- Great undergraduate
- Work experience is great. IT consulting is very good for an engineer. and the family business is key for your entire application
- nice about the guitar and your music experiences
Missing:
- Consulting - who was the consulting for, what did you do? who did you work with? did you get any promotions?
- Famiuly business - tell me more! Who, What, How big, When, etc. this might be key to your application
- International experience
- Volenteering
- Managerial experience
- Reasons for an MBA?
Which other schools did you apply to last year / which other schools are you applying to this year?
All in all, sounds like you have a solid profile! but I am missing some key info. Regarding reapplying to HEC. yes! if you have a significant change in your profile (job? GMAT?) if not, then it might be a waste of time, and you should wait another year / apply to other schools

Indian, Male , Engineer from Delhi technological university (A well known name with top 10 Universities in India )
First Class Distinction -75%+ , don't know how to translate that to GPA . This is top 10% of my class
4 years of work experience in Cleantech (Solar Energy mainly) inclusive of 18 months experience in Abu Dhabi , UAE (and the other three in India )
Diverse working experience with multifarious nationalitiea -Spanish, French, American ,Indian , Pakistanis,Emiratis, Saudis, Lebanese ,etc.
GRE: 322(Q165, V157, AWA3.5)
Achievements: 1.School topper throughout. 2.)50% increase in salary within 6 months of joining the organization owing to potential and achievement 2.Realised increment of salary 500% in 4 years by changing geogrphy, realized increments of 95% within the same geography 3. Nominated to visit different countries: France, South Africa, Azerbaijan , Bangladesh. 4.) Awarded unsolicited bonus for being a high performer in 2019 5.) Involved in projects totaling over 5 billion dollars.
Post MBA Goals: Clean Tech(Energy)

I really like your international experience. It's varied and unique. I don't see many Indian applicants with such a global profile. So that's great!
Your college education from DTU with distinction also looks solid. However, I'm concerned that 322 on GRE might be on the lower side. Can you retake it?
My another concern is you have not mentioned why are you aiming for HEC Paris for a career in cleantech?
As you'd know HEC Paris is very particular about your goals and how the school can help you.
Their main essay Q is: "Why are you applying to the HEC MBA Program now? What is the professional objective that will guide your career choice after your MBA, and how will the HEC MBA contribute to the achievement of this objective?"
How you answer this question will make or break your chances of admission.
If you have done enough introspection about your career objective and adequate research about why HEC is the right program for you and how it will help you reach your career goals then, great! If not, then please do enough research on the same before you start writing the application.
