Would love feedback on my profile below and schools you'd all recommend.
Background:
Indian Male, 27 years old
Undergrad:
Graduated in 2016, B.Tech from Delhi College of Engineering
GMAT: 700
Work Experience & Leadership:
Started out working as a product designer in my final year of college. Worked with early stage startups that went on to raise funds in the future. Worked as a design consultant for 1.5 years
- Moved to a mid size startup in Delhi; designed some key products in the 6 months I spent there.
- Moved to an early stage startup as their first hire. Designed their first product that was implemented at the largest mall chain in India. Worked here for 1 year
Both roles highly cross-functionl as I dealt with stake holders from tech, marketing and sales teams.
- Founded a NYC based startup along with co-founders based out of America. In 2 years, worked with close to 150 clients across the globe, setup and led a team of 25 people and earned ~$1M in revenue. Team is spread across 4 continents and 5 time zones. Lead product, design and operations plus account management. Spent 4 months in NYC last year and our key clients include tech angels and fortune 100 companies.
Extra curricular:
- VP of a social entrepreneurship society called Enactus, designed 3 projects that created ~50 entrepreneurs in urban slums and impacted 50k lives. Led a team of 60 students. Represented India at a World Cup held in Mexico after winning India nationals; finished as semi-finalists.
- Part of college athletics team, won medals in 100m category. Helped organise athletics fest.
- Amateur long distance runner, completed 2 full marathon and 2 half.
- School cricket team and tae kwon do state level medallist
Post MBA goals:
Short Term: Product role at consumer tech firm in EU
Long Term: Build a conscious consumer tech company

You have got a great profile. For HEC, your gmat seems great. If you are looking for schools only in Europe, LBS can be a great choice too. About your work-ex, I can clearly see achievements, international experience, and leadership in your profile. Working in startups would definitely have helped you get the experience of different functions in the companies. The highlight of your profile should be the startup you founded and helped it grow, clicking revenue of "$1M". This experience have also given you great international exposure on which you must capitalize to bring a great story as HEC and LBS both stress international experience.
I liked your ECs. You have had a great impact through your endeavors. You should definitely bring the narrative of Enactus and your role there. So, overall a great profile. What's going to matter most is how you connect the experiential dots and build a great story.
