Hi there,
Well your GMAT / GPA stats are great. 3 years experience will be slightly on the low end at time of admission, but it's not outside the range. What are your post-MBA goals and why now? Those are questions that you'll need to be able to answer.
Evaluating your work experience is really tough without more info....what is your role? Any promotions? Any leadership? Exposure to any international work? Those are the sorts of things that would be helpful to know.
Also, are your extra curriculars current? If not, then that will be weaker area.
Feel free to respond with more info, but based on your stats and assuming everything else is high quality, those seem like reasonable schools to target.
