Hi,
Please review my profile and suggest me colleges which I can target. I am looking for a B-school in India or USA. I currently have a valid GMAT score of 690 but am retaking GMAT in July & expect a score of 740+

B. Tech. (Electrical engg.) from NIT Surat: CGPA 7.98 (2008-12)
Work Experience:
- 3.5 years of experience in Power & Energy sector (CLP India Ltd.) under supply chain domain. My job role included procurement of capital goods, maintenance spares & services along with budgeting & spend analysis.
-1.4 years of experience in Telecom sector (Idea Cellular Ltd.) under supply chain domain. I am responsible for procurement of services/goods & inventory management. I work along with Marketing & Sales as cross functional team.
Extra Curricular:
- led the team of CLP India in National competition for young managers.
- core member: sports council in CLP India & organized several sporting events for the organization.
- held various posts of responsibility & led teams to organize events in tech/management fests at pan India college level.
Community Engagement:
-I am a active member of Nehru Yuva Kendra. Led a team of 12 volunteers in rural parts during drives supporting the initiatives like Health & Hygiene, Energy saving, etc.

Hi Neelesh,
You have a good profile, but I'd need some more info to understand how competitive you are at which range of b-schools. What I can make out from the description above is that you have substantial supply chain experience, you have some leadership achievements (leading young managers) and you have a few achievements in the extra curricular
sphere. What I still need to understand is how has your career growth been, what are your work related achievements and what are your post MBA career plans.
Retaking GMAT is a good idea. There is intense competition for Indian applicants and a 700+ GMAt score is somewhat expected when you are applying to the top 25 b-schools.
